When I first got out on my own my Mother gave me some good advice.
She said, “Don’t sleep with anyone.”
It was the Exact opposite of what EveryOne else was saying.
Basically, it was the 6 Month rule.
I know she was worried about me picking up something from a VERY small dating pool.
“God gave you hands for a reason.”
whaaaat??
No, that is not what I had heard.
By then, I thought the manual override was dull.
It’s was really good advice, though.
